We only accept orders from customers within the United States. International orders will not be accepted.
Free Shipping Offer
Our free shipping offer applies to orders over $300 shipping within the 48 contiguous US states. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using regular ground service with the carrier of our choice. Expedited shipping methods, such as Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day shipping do not qualify for the free shipping offer.
Shipping Rates for the 48 contiguous states only
Ground - Flat Rate of $10.95 per item, Free on orders over $300 (Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using regular ground service with the carrier of our choice.)
Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select are available. Please contact our office at 843-824-9446 and we will make arrangements for this for you. The cost of this shipping service will be based only on what the shipping company charges us! These shipping methods do not qualify for our free shipping offer.
How We Ship & Transit Times
Orders are shipped via UPS. On average, credit card orders placed before 1:30pm Eastern Time Mon.- Fri. are shipped the same day, or the next business day.

We Give Our Staff Days Off On All Major Holidays
Shipments sent via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground average 3-5 business days for delivery. Orders shipped to locations outside of contiguous 48 states may take up to 7 days for delivery or longer.
UPS and FedEx conduct regular deliveries Mon.- Fri. excluding holidays. Saturday delivery for shipments can be arranged at an additional charge. Please call to arrange a Saturday delivery. There is no guarantee on delivery times for Ground shipments.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers who are returning product(s) and received free shipping on their order will have the actual shipping costs, that were incurred by us, deducted from their refund. This only applies to orders that are returned in their entirety and to partial returns if the items being returned take the order total below $300. $300 is the qualifier for free shipping.
Replacement cartridges will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will not be issued, until the products being returned are received by us. If you need your replacements right away you should place a new order when you contact us about your return. Your new order will be processed immediately.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the time we receive
your return to process your credit. Refunds will be issued in the same manner
as payment was received. For credits issued back to your credit card that it
may take your credit card company up to 30 days to apply the credit to your
account. We have no control over how long the credit card company takes to post
the refund to your account after we have transmitted the data to them.
